Pricing is less if you choose the option of taking care of your own tastings!
We start our tours between 9:00 - 10:00am starting time depending on pick up location, we will let you know your pick up time ( other times are available but not guaranteed ).

If we run late for departing ( if people aren't ready etc ) we cannot guarantee your first stop will be available.
We have a set timeline to follow to ensure the wineries are prepared.

We also run afternoon tours from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
​
Gratuity is extra, which covers all of the wineries, host(s) and driver ( 10 - 15 % of the total event before tax ).

BOOKING DETAILS:
Payment is due in full 14 days before event date.
No refunds on events or numbers if canceled for any reason within 72 hours.
If Covid government regulations change and the event needs to be canceled, your money will be fully refunded within 72 hours.
You can also get a full credit towards a new future date.

$80 Event Service Booking Fee is required to book and is NON refundable ( this is not a deposit ).
This is an Event Service Planning Fee,
It includes all planning, invoicing, preparation, food allergies, changes, communications and strategic planning and personal details coordinated with you along with wine tour prepping, coordinating and planning.

$200 Deposit is also required and comes off the total event pricing ( NON refundable within 21 days of event ).
